Dues & Donations
Household member dues are essential to the development of our community, and it's not just about the finances... Annual dues members have a vote! Members' voices make a difference when deciding on important community matters. Because our annual dues is a modest amount, additional donations by community members enable us to provide amenities above and beyond standard maintenance. Every little bit counts!
Socialize
Join our community Facebook group! The community group enables household members to have real-time updates on news, events, and day-to-day happenings. Outside of social media, all community members are encouraged to participate in our activities and events. Our social gatherings enable us to meet our neighbors and collectively make Holly Hill Harbor a fun place to live!
Volunteer Your Time
All members are heavily encouraged to attend general meetings for the Civic Association to stay abreast of community happenings and vote on important community decisions. Outside of official meetings, volunteers are needed for everything from coordinating events and leading focus committees, to planting grasses in our common areas. Your participation helps our community thrive!
